BLACKPINK’s Lisa and BTS’s Jimin make their Billboard Hot 100 debut at #70 and #88

According to the latest Billboard chart released on the 9th, Lisa’s latest track “Rockstar”made its debut at number 70 on the Hot 100. Meanwhile, Jimin’s “Smeraldo Garden Marching Band”rose to the 88th spot.

Billboard reported that Lisa has reached her highest solo ranking to date. Her previous solo releases, “Lalisa”(2021) and “Money,”peaked at 84 and 90, respectively.

Jimin has now entered the Hot 100 for the fifth time. Last year, he reached number 76 with his song “Stay Alive”featuring Taemin, and also became the first K-pop soloist to top the Hot 100 with his solo track “Like Crazy”in the same year.

“Lisa displays her skillful rap and lively pop singing in “Rockstar,”her latest release since founding her own label, “LLoud Company.”

The main track from Jimin’s second solo album, “Muse,”is titled “Smeraldo Garden Marching Band.”Rapper Loco lent his talents to the song, which combines elements of hip-hop and a grand orchestra to create a dynamic and lively atmosphere that is in line with the marching band concept.
